"We have stayed at Holiday Inn Convention Center in San Angelo before and know it to be a quality motel. However, I made reservations for my son to stay and he had problems checking out. My credit card was declined twice. Once the desk clerk spoke to me and realized that I had made the reservations all at once the card was okayed for "just that amount barely". How would they know "just barely"? As my son told me. I tried contacting my credit card co. but they were updating their files and could not reach them for 1 hour. That is the only complaint we have."
